Comply with along this Karate training you can exercise in the house. Ideal for newbies as well as kids as well. All you need is a kata to exercise with (i.e. Unsu, Saifa, Kanku Dai, Bassai Dai).

This likewise works for Kempo and Taekwondo poomsae or Tang Soo Do. Dynamic heat up exercises and cool down is included. Do not hesitate to add extending to increase your versatility for high kicks and also deep positions.

– Warming up: 3 minutes (10 sec/ exercise).
– Kata method: 6 minutes (2 minutes/ sequence).
– Cooling down: 1 min (20 sec/ exercise).

Note: You can repeat the kata part multiple times with various kata to extend your exercise.
