When will these silly guys ever learn?
If you have no training, your strength doesn’t mean a thing when you’re grappling with somebody — even if it’s just some little ol’ girl. In the world of contact sports like wrestling and mixed martial arts, Arizona has never struggled to produce world-class competitors..

Royce Gracie made his name in the UFC way before they introduced weight divisions and the rules of today. Back then it was held tournament style, meaning he had to go through 3+ matches with men much bigger than him in one unlimited round. He still prevailed using his brazilian jiu-jitsu technique. He completely changed the game. Now it’s a staple not only in the UFC, but in self defense classes all over the world. If you don’t have any jiu-jitsu training you won’t make it in professional mixed martial arts.
In the cell phone video below, you’ll find a group of teenage boys getting demolished by a young woman. She has quite a bit of training under her belt. You can see her moving from triangle chokes, to arm bars, to rear naked choke holds. They really don’t stand a chance, it’s her light work. They don’t even look like they have a clue what they’re doing. Although, they may know exactly what they’re doing. We all know how adolescent boys think, and they are getting exactly what they were looking for. Don’t get hurt fellas!
Would you have the guts to step in a ring with this girl and grapple? It’s always a good idea to get young girls trained so they’re able to defend themselves in this crazy world of ours.
After watching this girl whoop these boys SHARE this on FACEBOOK for your people.
A ninja or shinobi was a covert agent or mercenary in feudal Japan. The functions of the ninja included espionage, sabotage, infiltration, and assassination, and open combat in certain situations. Their covert methods of waging war contrasted the ninja with the samurai, who observed strict rules about honor and combat. The shinobi proper, a specially trained group of spies and mercenaries, appeared in the Sengoku or “warring states” period, in the 15th century, but antecedents may have existed in the 14th century, and possibly even in the 12th century.
